What should I expect to feel taking kava?
- Onset: Expect to feel relaxed 30–60 minutes after consuming.
- Peak Sensation: The mellowing effect starts at 30 min and can last up to 2 hours.
- Cognitive Effects: At traditional or low doses, kava might actually help you focus or feel more social. Higher doses can make you a bit sleepy or clumsy, but the impact on thinking is usually mild and short-lived.

Can I combine kava with other botanicals?
We recommend enjoying kava on its own. Do not mix with alcohol. Kava can be enjoyed with other botanicals safely, however we strongly recommend using sound judgement and doing your own research on botanicals and kava effects prior to consumption.
Does your product contain kratom?
NO. Kava and kratom are two separate plants with very different effects. We DO NOT put any kratom in our kava products!
