Shipping policy

This policy applies to all KavaKrush products (gummies and shots) purchased through our online store and shipped to eligible destinations.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM local time are processed the next business day.
  • Express/overnight shipping is recommended for temperature-sensitive products, especially during warm weather.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected shipping method. 

  • Domestic: We ship to all 50 US states, subject to state/local kava regulations (some states/localities may restrict kava sales or require age verification).
  • International:
    • We do not ship to countries where kava is restricted or prohibited (e.g., Germany, UK, Australia, France, Japan, and others).
    • Customers are responsible for ensuring kava is legal to import in their country and for any customs duties or taxes.
    • Orders seized or destroyed by customs are not eligible for refund.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your order status via the provided link or contact our support team for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of delivery for resolution. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undeliverable, refused, or seized international packages.
